Wetlands are incredibly important features of the natural landscape, providing countless ecosystem services to local ecology and wildlife. Come learn about these fascinating habitats and the plants and wildlife that depend upon them! You will also learn how to manage wetland water levels and to identify and manage invasive wetland plants. This class will begin indoors and end outdoors with a walk to two on premises wetlands. We will further discuss management tips and search a vernal pool for salamanders and egg masses.
