Have you ever taken a walk and been curious about the trees along the way? This workshop will walk you through the process of using key characteristics to identify that tree. Join Ohio State University Extension's Erik Draper, Geauga County Extension Educator and Kathy Smith Extension Program Director - Forestry for this hands on workshop on tree identification.
We will start inside with samples laying the groundwork for going outside and improving your skills. A dichotomous key will be used as the reference for the day but we will talk about other identification resources.
