One of the most common and powerful tools used in woodland work is a chain saw. However, if not used properly operators open themselves up to some potentially severe injuries. If you haven't taken a class on how to safely use this dangerous piece of equipment now is your opportunity to do so!

- what the proper personal protective equipment is
- what should you do even before you start the saw
- how to properly fuel a saw
- what are some of the basic items to know about operating a chain saw
