Wetlands are incredibly important features of the natural landscape, providing countless ecosystem services to local ecology and wildlife. Join the School of Environment & Natural Resources' Gabe Karns, Jo Peacock, and Marne Titchenell as we discuss these fascinating habitats and the plants and wildlife that depend upon them. We will use the restoration of the OSU Mansfield Campus' Milliron Wetland as a case study to explore wildlife habitat and non-native invasive species management.
This class will begin indoors and end outdoors at the Milliron Wetland.
Class agenda available in the above brochure.
